Description
The Phillies’ World Series Championship inspired me in 2008. The Phillies defeated the Tampa Bay Rays by winning four games to one to become the champions. I watched the World Series Championship and felt the tension in the city’s air. Everyone in Philadelphia watched the game with their friends and family. People were taking off from work and school to watch or attended the game. I witnessed Cole Hamels pitched a perfect game during the series. In addition, I watched the victory parade on Board Street. I captured and documented the experience of winning a national title; as a result, I paid homage to a winning team.
